The Keys of Our Soul Revealed -2 Days-Workshop
What We Will Explore
During this two-day workshop, Rahul will guide participants through teachings, practices, routines and energetic techniques designed to deepen our understanding of ourselves and our inner energy.
Together, we will explore:
- The physical body and vitality - practices and routines to support the body, energy and vitality in everyday life.
- Our role on Earth and the mission of the soul - exploring our deeper purpose and the role our soul may play in our life journey.
- Our inner energy - developing a greater awareness of our energy and how it influences our wellbeing and daily life.
- Deeper energetic practices and protocols - discovering techniques that allow participants to go further in their personal practice.
The workshop is designed as an opportunity to learn, experience and practise these teachings directly with Rahul, while developing tools that can be integrated into everyday life.
For those wishing to continue further, this workshop will also serve as an entry point towards the Level 2 Energy Care Week planned for 2027 (dates to be confirmed).

The workshop will be taught by Rahul in clear and accessible English, with French translation provided throughout. You therefore do not need to be fluent in English to participate, and English-speaking participants who do not speak French are equally welcome.
