PROGRAMME & PRACTICAL DETAILS
Objectives
• Explore the deeper meaning of life and how challenges can become pathways for growth
• Identify and release emotional and physical blockages, both conscious and unconscious
• Study the energetic anatomy of the body, including chakras, elements, and masculine–feminine balance
• Establish a sustainable rhythm of daily practices to support clarity and wellbeing
• Deconstruct limiting beliefs and reconnect with joy, courage, and purpose
Programme Structure
Days 1–2:
Teachings on the nature and purpose of the soul, energetic systems, and the foundations of the detox protocol. Participants are introduced to the body’s energetic framework and practical principles that support physical and emotional clarity.
Days 3–5:
Guided embodied practices, meditations, and partner work designed to integrate the teachings into lived experience.
Each day includes time for questions, personal reflection, and group sharing to support steady integration.

• Morning and evening energy routines to regulate body and mind
• Chakra cleansing techniques to restore balance and flow
• Action-based meditations rooted in breath and awareness
• Tools for energetic hygiene, grounding, and boundary setting
